MacroCoach Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Guilherme S., an individual in Brazil who makes MacroCoach ("we"). By installing or using MacroCoach you accept them and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

What MacroCoach is

MacroCoach is a Windows app that suggests picks and bans during League of Legends champion select, with the reasons behind each suggestion. It reads the League client on your PC with read-only requests and never picks, bans, locks or does anything in the game for you.

The suggestions are suggestions. You decide what to play. They come from statistics and cannot promise a win, a rank or any result.

MacroCoach is free. If paid features ever come, they will be optional, with their own terms, and the free app will remain.

Your account

• You sign in with an email address you own and can receive codes at. Confirm it within 7 days, or the app will ask for the code before it goes on.
• An account is for one person. It can be used on up to two PCs at a time.
• Keep your codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

What you may not do

• Use MacroCoach to break Riot Games' terms or policies.
• Copy, decompile or reverse engineer the app, or work around its limits or its sign-in.
• Query our server outside the app, automate it, collect its recommendations in bulk, or resell or publish them as a data set.
• Overload, attack or test the security of our servers without our written permission.
• Create accounts in bulk, use someone else's email, or come back after a ban.

If you do, we may suspend or ban your account or your PC, with or without notice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MacroCoach running, but it is offered as it is, and it may be unavailable, change, or end. We may update the app and the server at any time; an old version may stop working and ask you to update. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC) gives you.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses in games, ranks or accounts, or for indirect damages from using or being unable to use MacroCoach. Your use of League of Legends is governed by Riot Games' own terms.

Ownership

The app, its recommendations, its texts and its design belong to us. You may use them personally while these terms hold. If you send us a report or a suggestion, we may use it to improve MacroCoach.

Ending

You can stop using MacroCoach at any time and ask us to delete your account (contact@macrocoach.cc). We may end your access if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Using MacroCoach after that means accepting the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Write to contact@macrocoach.cc first; most things can be solved there.
